- Our GP's will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice. Our staff are experienced in helping 
   you decide whether the matter requires and appointment, a return phone call from the practice or urgent advice.
- We regret that we do not correspond with patients via email.
- Your privacy is important to us. We will ensure your personal information is kept secure, only accessible to authorised   
   members of staff and not given to any third party without your informed consent as is required by law.
- Patients are encouraged to book a return visit to the GP of their choice for the follow up of test results.
- All complaints are taken seriously. Complaints should be forwarded to the Practice Manager.  Alternatively you may wish
